The master suite with views across the Bay, a second bedroom at the rear, family bathroom and sleeping alcove with additional bunk beds complete the top floor. The Villa comfortably sleeps 6 with an additional sofa couch in the lounge room available. Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout add to the Villas appeal.

It is being sold as a 99-year sub-lease to Tangalooma Resort. An annual operating levy is charged each year which covers rates, lease fees, maintenance, external cleaning, rubbish removal, data and telephone, gardening, beach management & cleaning, security, sporting facility management, swimming pool maintenance, sewerage and fresh water.
