Essential services – power, gas, water and sewerage facilities are supplied and maintained by Tangalooma Resort. The Annual Levy payable is based on the previous yearly levy plus CPI plus 1.5%. Power and Gas are invoiced annually.

Moreton Island is 58.7 km from Brisbane. The protected sand island is renowned for its white sand and crystal-clear waters. The Tangalooma Wrecks provide an excellent sheltered dive site. Access to the home is either by the Tangalooma Flyer, MiCat for vehicles or your own boat.
