This year we have walked in your shoes – renovating, buying, selling and moving. We certainly practice what we preach. Or we are more hands on than you may think!
We have all personally dealt with the pain points of property. Whether it has been renovating and waiting months for trades to show up to do their job. Or preparing our home for sale and undertaking an Auction campaign. Or buying an investment property. Or having to move on short notice and having to find a new home in a very tight market. We have experienced property and all its facets in 2022.
We have also had the privilege of working with our valued sellers, buyers and landlords to achieve their property goals. The joy of matching a buyer with their dream home or partnering with a seller to make their next move or securing an investment property for our landlord is our WHY.
What have we learned this year:-

One of Australia’s favourite pass times is property. We all have an interest. After all, it’s one of the largest sectors that injects millions into the economy. Whatever the economic climate, people will always have property needs – upsizing, downsizing, relocating, diversifying. Whilst we may not see the number of transactions as we experienced in 2021, we envisage the 2023 market will reflect the 2022 market – a steady as she goes market. Good property will always do well. Taking a long-term view of the market is the key.
